Store Policies

1. Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer free standard shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers, including but not limited to USPS and FedEx.


2. Returns & Store Credit Policy

Customers must notify us of any issue within 5 days of confirmed delivery.

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. No monetary refunds will be issued.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, customers must contact instockguru@gmail.com. Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


3. Exchanges (Size Adjustments)

We offer size exchanges subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return and reshipping fees.


4. Unclaimed / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to being unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable:

  • The customer will be required to pay reshipping fees, or
  • A store credit will be issued, minus original shipping and handling costs

5. Claims, Damages & Order Issues

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

Any claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

All claims must include clear photographic and/or video evidence. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.

We reserve the right to determine the validity of all claims.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)

7. Material Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all products are made from authentic 925 sterling silver.

This guarantee applies strictly to material authenticity and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Oxidation or tarnishing over time
  • Damage resulting from improper use, storage, or care

8. Jewelry Care Disclaimer

Sterling silver is a precious metal that naturally oxidizes over time.

Proper care is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend:

  • Avoiding exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, and lotions
  • Storing jewelry in a dry, enclosed environment
  • Cleaning regularly with a professional silver polishing cloth

Failure to follow proper care guidelines may affect the longevity and appearance of the jewelry.


9. Gift Cards

All gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
